Investigation of the possibilities of an optical biosensor with fluorescence registration in the determination of genetically modified DNA in food products using the method of biosensor technologies
Experimental studies are carried out on the optical properties of biosensor systems on samples of genetically modified DNA, the fluorescent response of the system, testing under real conditions (rapid analysis), the threshold of detection of the analyzed biomacromolecules is established. Different genetically modified DNA molecules are considered, biomacromolecules or other analyte molecules conjugated with a biosensor element are recorded by fluorescent analysis methods found in food products. The results of the work can contribute to both the fundamental development of biosensor technologies and the application of biosensors to ensure the quality control of food products containing genetically modified DNA: consumer acquisition of reliable information; contribute to the fight against product fraud, which will ensure competitiveness in the Russian and international markets.
